2024 Day of the Dead Celebrations

Celebrating its 14th year, the 2024 annual Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration returns for a weekend of free music, food, and culture on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday, November 3, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

This family-friendly cultural event will transform the historic downtown neighborhood of the Gaslamp into a bustling mercado featuring artisan makers, vibrant décor, a variety of dining options, bountiful margarita selections, and live performances throughout the weekend.

The Gaslamp Quarter offers ample parking and an unparalleled vibrant street scene for attendees to enjoy.

Saturday, November 2nd, the morning entertainment will feature traditional dance performances accompanied by a background DJ. In the afternoon and into the evening, Santana Pa Ti will be taking the stage.
